STARTER KIT - USEFUL BASIC SHADERS/MATERIALS FOR BLENDER 4+ (EEVEE)

You've downloaded thousands of material for Blender from all the free assets available online but you never use them cause there are just way too much?

Just use this small pack! It's the most simple assets you might need with easy controls and also a great base for making your own shaders.

I work exclusively in EEVEE but they should be good in Cycles too, I'm just not testing it :)

This is a Blender file with materials marked as assets, I only have a few but will keep on adding them and making them better. Right now you have:

• 3 Plastic Material (Shiny, Semi Matte and Matte)
• 1 Basic Metal Material
• 2 Glass Material (Transparent and Opaque)

I'm planning to add very soon:

• 1 Checker Marble Material
• 3 Types of Woods
• Paper and Cardboard
• Basic Fabric
• + more as I think about it

Nothing revolutionary about these but at least I'm keeping things simple because I tend to be overwhelmed by assets! And they are free so why not check them out?

For context, I'm a 2D Visual Development artist, working mostly with color and light keys and background design. I'm using Blender as a tool to make my 2D pipeline more efficient :)

Keep in mind this is just basic things, I will try to make it more sophisticated but feel free to support my work if you like it! I will post a lot more blender things that are useful for 2D artists soon!
